DuBoff Law Group: Business Attorneys

Unfortunately, I have to give this firm one star. I was referred to this lawyer by Oregon Bar Association and pre-paid a consultation fee to ask a couple questions. My conversation with Leonard DuBoff lasted all of 4 minutes, which works out to $525 per hour. Pretty good rate of return. He said he couldn't help me unless he reviewed the information but to do that I must retain him. I'm wondering if he can't give me a consultation until we hire them why charge $35? no help received and no consultation was done. this is such a scam!

I needed some legal advice regarding some unconscionable business practices of an on line "education" company based in Oregon. Mr. DuBoff was able to identify the relevant legal issues very quickly and efficiently. Mr. DuBoff and his firm were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Mr. DuBoff and his firm to anyone needing legal advice in the area of business law.

Leonard helped me sell a painting by means of an auction house. Selling the painting was a significant decision for me, and Leonard patiently worked with me every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable, and at the same time, able to explain everything in a way that I can understand. He quickly answers my phone calls and emails. Because of his expertise, he negotiated a remarkable deal with a well-known auction house. I definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer. Leonard and his staff helped me with my estate planning. They took time to explain everything. They understood my needs and worked with me in a very caring way. I enjoy every interaction with the Duboff Law group and have been very pleased with their work.

The DuBoff law office was most helpful when I needed to speak with someone about my parents going into assisted living. They have property and I wasn’t sure how to proceed and he personally gave me excellent advice. Without his suggestions my brothers and I would still be spinning our wheels wondering what to do. In the end he unfortunately couldn’t help but he gave us the questions we needed to ask the right people. Thank you so much you have helped make this personal process so much easier.

As an author, my recent project was indefinitely on hold due to some legal questions I had and didn't know where to turn for help. Now, because I attended Leonard's outstanding lectures at a recent writers conference where I first met him, I am confidently moving forward with publishing my memoir. After his lectures I immediately reached out to him via phone and email, to which he promptly replied. I set up a consultation over the phone, and before I knew it, all my questions and concerns were addressed "in plain English." His rates are very reasonable, and I intend to buy his "In Plain English" series of books and use his services in the future. I recommend anyone reading this to do the same.
