Orlandi Trailer

Orlandi Trailer literally helped get us out of a tight spot. WIthout Orlandi's assistance, we wouldn't have been able to move our trailer from the backyard to the front. Despite 40+ years of driving by Orlandi Trailer several times a week, I had no idea of the vast inventory of trailers and trailer supplies. It looks like they have everything you need to ensure your vehicle is properly hitched. It also looks like they can help you get a trailer that fits your needs. More importantly, Orlandi excels in customer service. It is a local business that has the neighborly attitude that was so common when this area was known as the Valley of the Heart's Delight. In addition to all that, the tropical decor makes for a pleasant atmosphere.

I needed 2 trailer tires and rims before the holidays as one of my tires burst at the end of the day and I had no spare. They stayed open a bit past closing for me and I made it home with the 2 new tires I bought. Next day the tire went flat and I found a hole in the side wall. I went back almost a month later and they replaced it. I will definitely use them again.

Don't brother.. waste of time.. called and asked if they have square U bolt and was told they have all kinds. By the time I get there, they have one and not the size I need. How could a trailer shop not have any U bolt. Unreal..

If you need a trailer repair, go to Eyer Hitch Center instead. I called Orlandi for a simple wiring issue, and they said I could come over right away. I was there in 20 minutes. After waiting almost half an hour, they tell me that they don't have a mechanic there and that I could come back. Needless to say, I ended up at Eyers, and they fixed everything in 20 minutes.

I called to ask for a quote to install a trailer hitch for a Tesla and the associate was not only short with me and stated “ wiring for that is going to be really expensive.” , but when I asked for a quote once again he proceeded to hang up in my face. Definitely won’t be coming here for any trailer or hitch needs but might if I ever feel that I’m having low blood pressure and want it to go up.

Stopped by to get some tie downs for my car trailer. They didn't have them on hand and so I went ahead and ordered a set. When I mentioned to Rick that I needed them for the weekend this was on a Friday he said that he would be happy to let me use a set that they have there until mine came in. That was much appreciated, thank you Rick. My next trailer will be bought here based on my experience with Rick.

I've had work done here on our camper trailer in years past and had good experiences. But seems like there may be some price gouging now -- they quoted me $800 to repack the bearings on our 1-axle camper trailer. Ummm... what? Local competitors do that for $200.

Trailer we bought is great, service is horrible I would choose someone else. Dump trailer worked great, but had a bad battery, Orlandi put it all on me, I had to go test the battery, I had to hassle with Interstate to get a new battery. I would purchase somewhere else once you drive the trailer off the lot you are on your own.

Super helpful! My trailer needed a winch overhaul, as well as new tires, more jack power, and some light work too. The guys even helped me come up with a better way to attach my car to the trailer. Highly recommend!

Excellent job by ric and the crew. Took my enclosed trailer in to have them do some maintenance and some custom work and they were excellent. Very nice people to work with and the work came out beyond my expectation! Couldnt be happier. Thank you orlandi trailer. Very nice people and excellent attention to detail. Very fair prices as well.
