Good spot but they don't have a website, despite it being listed on google maps, since when you click on the link it takes you to a page stating that the domain is for sale. Good way to make some money would be to buy the domain and then sell it to them for a profit!
Rude!! rude!! RUDE!! THIS GUYS ALWAYS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT SOMETHING ATTITUDE!! REALLY?? OREILLY!! GO THERE!! YOU WSLK IN AND YOU SMELL ATTITUDE IN AIR AS IF YOU OWE THEM SOMETHING FOR GOING THERE!! PLUS THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK!!
I've been going to Winchester auto parts/ napa auto parts for quite a few years! Great service and very helpful employees. Great selection of parts.
I purchased some snow chains from another local Napa store. They told me that I could return them at any other Napa store. The chains didn’t fit my car, so I tried to return them to this store today and the guy tried to charge me a 50% restocking fee. This is completely unethical. I’d stay away from this store as these guys are only out for your money and do not care about their customers. UPDATE: after receiving the response below, I reached out to them at the email they provided. They never responded back. Napa is obviously not interested in their negative customer experience and is only responding for show. I'll not be shopping at another Napa store going forward.
Went in for snow chains. This was the first place that informed me of the need for low profile chains as the separation between strut and tire is narrow. The guy walked me through the installation, verbally. These folks know their stuff. Really appreciated it.
Gary and crew at South Winchester did me a solid: He returned my needlessly purchased! snow chains for full refund after I left a trail of stupid across California. Even ater I dragged them all over the state and flew them back to Maui, they still accommodated me, despite likely policies about restocking returns. Huge mahalos for helping a silly Hawaiian tourist! Guess I won’t need snow chains in Maui Udabest! Aloha lives at South Winchester Napa!
Formerly Winchester auto parts," Napa auto parts Vara Winchester auto parts" this Napa auto parts store is not anywhere near the level of the old Winchester auto parts. The employees use to be super knowledgeable and friendly "mind you there is still one guy there that is OG but for the most part the other guys almost seem not to want to help or just don't know the answers. The quality of Napa parts IMO are not the greatest and they are for the most part over priced. I used to be a regular at Winchester auto parts and did not mind paying higher prices because I got quality service and quality parts unfortunately I cannot say the same for this Napa auto parts that bought out The old Winchester Auto
In the past, all auto part stores gave the kind of personalized, expert service just like Winchester Auto Parts does still does to this day. I miss that aspect of car care that which was the standard in the past before the corporate stores assumed predominance.
I'm sad that NAPA bought this great local chain, but they still have fast parts availability. But the staff were rude when I came to pick up. They needed the names of items I had ordered online, not my name, and were snotty when I was confused. Just because I'm a woman on a bike and I haven't ordered from them since the changeover doesn't mean it's ok to be rude.
Great customer service & part specialist. I had couple issues and they are very helpful. I would recommend Napa to anyone
