I've been taking my dog here for more than 5 years and we have always had a great experience. When we take her she's never shown nervousness and seems happy.

WILL NOT USE AGAIN. I brought my dog there for the weekend and when I picked him up I was over charged. The girl who initially helped me was polite, however the fat guy with the beard was extremely rude. When I was trying to explain he had a horrible attitude. I brought my dog there on Friday afternoon and picked him up on Tuesday afternoon. I was told that I would only be charged for three days if I had him groomed on the final day. Pick up is at 10 a.m, but he wasn't ready until 3. When I got there I was charged for days plus the grooming because he was picked up after 10 a.m. He wasn't ready until 3 p.m so how could I get him at 10 a.m and avoid being charged? There are several other dog kennels in the area. I will be using a different kennel in the future and I urge you to as well.
