They answered all my questions before the purchase and were there to help me when I had questions on how to do specific things with the system. Very honest and considerate company to do business with. Had some issues with an order but  they we're very understanding of situation and corrected the issue promptly. They are good with shipping and I love there stuff I wish they would have there website correct with the tracking collars saying they r in stock but when you go to add to cart than it says there is 0 in stock
