Fantastic Customer Service. I lost the keys to my Kayak Rack, so I called Todd at Great Outdoors yesterday. Todd told me about this replacement lock kit, mailed it to me, and I received it the next day. Great job guys!

There are many options at this store, and the customer service I received was extraordinary. After returning home with my brand new Feel Free Lure 13.5ft I noticed a minor defect (dent) on the underside of the kayak. I called the store and spoke with Josh; a younger gentleman that helped me make the decision on buying the kayak. Josh did everything possible to help me out. I was able to get another kayak with no additional cost, and reimbursed a generous amount of store cash. I highly recommend this store, and I would like to give a huge thanks to Josh for all the help he provided.

This store is awesome and the staff is wonderful! All kinds of goodies for kayaking, backpacking, and outdoor living! A must stop by store if you live to adventure!!!

I got an awesome pair of hiking boots from here. Todd was a great help, and found me the perfect boots for my hike coming up.
