Went here to buy my first car rack. The staff here are very knowledgeable and even stayed past closing time to allow me to purchase and install the rack! (Originally, I was called to set up the appointment to make such installment, but the voice mail wasn't received) Staff made great suggestions and were a great help. Beware the store puppy. His softness and kisses will make you not want to leave. 😂 Thank you for all your help!

Even though they did not have the particular item I looking for, they have great customer service. I called their store and no one picked up since more than likely they were helping a customer in their store. What I didn't expect was a call back from them. Also, she recommend me to other stores to find the item I was looking. That was awesome!!

Fantastic staff that were willing to answer all of my questions and address all of my first timer concerns. A great, no-pressure sales experience for a kayak my fiancée and I will be loving for years to come. The roof rack install was quick and easy, and their expert installer made sure I was comfortable with how the system worked. Top notch! Thanks for the great experience!
