Overstocked Missoula Mattresses & Furniture

I'm so pleased with the service in store and with delivery!!! I honestly cant remember the gentleman we worked with to begin with but he helped my husband and i out helped us find everything we wanted/needed. the gentlemen that delivered were Bryan and Seth did awesome, set everything up. Removed everything and did not freak out about my dogs( always a concern because they are so big) but they were very kind. I would recommend overstock to anyone looking for a good deal and amazing choices!

Bought a sectional from them. The price was right, but not without issues. These include: missing feet, the chaise having been put together in the store without washers so the screws went in too far, and so on. The associate that sold me the sectional was friendly and the couch itself is comfortable. However I'm concerned about the long term durability. It already creaks, the cushion on the chaise comes loose and hangs off the end, and some of the cushions aren't holding up.

Could not be happier with my new mattress! I haven't slept this well in years. Overstock has the best deals with awesome customer service. Rex helped us find our perfect mattress for a great nights sleep!

We live in Hamilton and bought a mattress and box springs on a Saturday. At the store the associate caught himself pulling 2 different sizes of box springs. He went and grabbed what should have been the right size. We drove back home and clearly after unwrapping the box springs they were 2 different sizes again. We called the store and tried to tell us we bought a California King mattress. If we did, again that was their mistake because we bought a King. But no matter because the box springs were 2 different sizes. So we drove back from Hamilton. All Seth could say was sorry. I explained that we had now driven 200 miles in a day to shop at their store. He said technically we had only driven 1 time out of our way to correct the problem. His lack of professionalism or even wanting to help a customer was very disappointing. Worst customer service ever. Oh and make sure to check out the items you buy before you load it. When we got home and unwrapped the plastic there was a large brown stain on the side of the mattress and it had a sticker on it "as is." Hopefully this review helps anyone else from getting screwed over by this store. 30 mins after my original review the owner reached out to me. He was very apologetic and made sure we were happy. I am more than willing to shop with them again after the customer service he gave. I understand that mistakes can be made. Stepping in and making sure the consumer is happy is everything.

We have been dreading going mattress hunting and finally had the time to do so today. Honestly, this dread comes from having to deal with overbearing salespeople and the time and stress involved with it all. So, based on the positive Google reviews we went with Overstocked. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Seth who was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire (super quick and stress-free!) process. Seth helped us pick out a mattress within our budget range and also let us know about some awesome deals on furniture we were eyeing during our visit. I would 100% return in the future for mattresses and furniture. Thanks for an easy-going and satisfying shopping experience.
