Find you another Gynecologist! If your looking for a OBGYN to care for you and deliver your children find a practice that's personable ,thoughtful, skilled and that you can stay with for years to come because this isn't the place. Dr. Magat's office is very transactional and that's not what you need with a Dr. Dr. Magat delivered 2 of my children . I had them back to back so I was basically pregnant for 2 years . Over the past 2 years I was going every month and at certain points multiple times a week because my pregnancies were high risk. After delivering my last baby I had an iud inserted by Dr. Maggot. I was having issues so I called to schedule an appointment. I was told I can no longer come to this practice because I've missed to many appointments. I missed an appointment a year ago. Now, I don't typically make appointments and not show up. However , with Dr. appointments each and every week for months on end over the past 2 years I may have occasionally had to move or reschedule an appointment or 2. This wasn't a see the Dr. every 6 month deal at least not with these 2 pregnancies. This was extremely disheartening because I thought I had a relationship with my Dr. and had no intentions on starting over with a new one. Who wants to change GYNs every couple of years. I honestly could not tell you exactly what the cancellation policy is. I am sure that it's something like 3 missed or cancelled (rescheduled) appointments over your lifetime. Please keep in mind my last rescheduled(cancelled appointment ) was over 18 months ago. I didn't recently change or miss an appointment when they kicked me out. They looked back during my pregnancies and almost 2 years later removed me. If you know that over the course of your life you'll never have to reschedule an appointment then this is your guy. If your starting a family and looking for a GYN to deliver your kids find someone else because you'll be trying to find a new one your next pregnancy and have various people all over delivering your kids and tending to you. I need a more personable permanent Doctor to tend to me and my health.

Dr. Magat ignored my complains at every visit of unusual pain and discomfort. He miscalculated my child's weight in pregnancy. Although, my stomach size was shrinking and my weight was dropping in the last month of my pregnancy he did not seem concerned. My child was born 2 lbs less then what Dr. Magot estimated her weight at delivery, and I got diagnosed with Lyme disease after 2 weeks I delivered my child. I suffered from Lyme during my pregnancy and due to his negligence It never got diagnosed until after I delivered my child and visiting a specialist. My child is over 5 years old and I am still suffering with sharp pain in my lower abdomen from having C-section that Dr. Magot performed.

Front staff very very RUDE. The doctor doesn't have any empathy about your concerns. Oh well lost another patient!
