Signature OB/GYN

My girlfriend tried to call THREE DAYS in a row no call back just a continuous lup. Receptionist rude no phone calls at all you can here crickets. It's really sad being a doctor's office and not hearing the phone ring once that never happens when your in an office. I give a negative review if I could. She had to get an appointment by a DOCTOR to get her iud out that caused her pain for two weeks could of had issue worked if PICKED THE PHONE UP TO MAKE ISSUE LESS WORSE. Should be shut down! The receptionist is Soo cold she would make absolute zero warm

Absolutely unprofessional. Dismissive, pushy, and rude. Saw a different midwife almost every time, all of which were arrogant and didn't listen to my wife's concerns. Pushed unnecessary tests, and threatened to drop her as a patient if she didn't comply. Has no concern for the welfare of the mother. Only one of the doctors was pleasant, out of the 5 we saw. We chose this place for convenience, but we would rather transfer to a practice an hour away than deal with these people.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I called in yesterday and was seen today By Dr.D Vourlos. I was very happy with the way she treated me. She took the time to take away all the fears. Instead of pushing and torching me in a procedure in office , she thought it be best for an outpatient procedure . I agreed . Her assistant was nice and I feel confident and comfortable being under DR. Vourlos care. My only negative views of the practice are the telephone service and the front desk is a little none efficient. That’s not too much of an issue. I like how they saw me promptly over Carroll Health Group and I am their patient !

Seeing the OBGYN was by far the most stressful part of my pregnancy. I went in and informed them that 1) I have PTSD, and 2) I was eating organic and wanted to limit my baby to anything that wasn’t natural. This seemed fine with them until they demanded a glucose test. I didn’t want to take it, but they threatened to drop me if I didn’t. They said I wouldn’t have to fast or drink the chemical laden gloucose drink. WRONG. They ultimately ordered 6 unnecessary sonograms, one of which the doctor was so rough my torso was bruised for two weeks. When I expressed my concerns as they kept ordering more, I received eye rolls and more threats to be dropped if I didn’t obey. I dropped them in my last month of pregnancy... But it takes 30 days to get a copy of my medical records, and no one would take me without them. I ultimately ended up having my baby at home, unassisted because the hospital I pre-registered at (Which was an hour away) wanted to go through my OB. Well, after I gave birth, paramedics came to bring me to the hospital to make sure both myself and my baby were healthy. As we get to the hospital I find out Signature OBGYN had my pre-registration removed from the hospital’s system. Both my baby and myself are perfectly healthy with NO thanks at all to Signature OBGYN. If you’re looking for someone who will listen to you, respect your wishes and hear your concerns, cross this place off your list. It’s a practice of manipulation, Threats and deciet.

Everything from the service, to the people. The only downside I could see was that the doctors don't get along very well and the system seems rigged.
