This facility's pre-eminence is a farce. I will never return and would highly advise other women to steer clear. In September 2016 I visited Dr. Ducey for a routine women's wellness visit. Though I understand her specialty is in cancer, she rushed through all components of the visit and I left feeling as though her scant inspection was unsatisfactory. Besides limited time with the doctor, the doctor/nurse requested additional testing from Quest Diagnostics which I specifically declined. More than 6 months later, I am still trying to resolve the coding/billing issues with Mercy Medical Gynecology. Contacting the doctor and nurses is nearly impossible and the doctor and nurses take no responsibility for their roles in this matter. As if a routine gynecological visit isn’t invasive enough, this team seeks to ravage, rather than help patients.
