So I’ve never been here before and I was very excited to try it for the first time. The food was awesome but the customer service was not. Our waiter was more concern in hanging out with his friends- he forgot to bring us our drinks and did not check up on us during our time. Our food came out warm- not hot, can’t blame the kitchen cause it’s not the kitchen responsibility to deliver our food. When he did come to our table he wasn’t interested in helping us- he was more concern about getting to his friend. When cashing out- the cashier did not ask about us about our dinning experience. So I informed her that the food was good but the customer service was not so great. She just look at me and asked if I wanted to leave a tip. She was concern about my complaint. Overall experience- food is awesome but the customer service is awful. The sad part- they were not busy at all- 4 other tables plus our- for a total of 5 tables.

The first time was amazing, food was great and service was excellent, so when my family from North Carolina came to visit I knew this was the place to go. Boy was I wrong. This time I didn’t even get to food! We sat for 20 minutes after being seated. Our waitress kept looking at our table and walking away. Then a table of eight was seated next to us at the 20 minute mark and our waitress came to help them. Several of the wait staff saw us sitting there and never came to our table. We finally just walked out. Will never go back.

Just let the know if you don't like pork in your beans or cheese on your food. Coffee is good. They have honey if you ask for it. Service is good for as busy as they are. Prices are pretty high. The one in Albuquerque is good, the one in San Antonio is dingy, not a clean well lighted place and mostly burger fare ... Don't bank on the name as there is no comparison..

Soon as you sit down you get a mini bowl of Pinto beans with green chili and saltine crackers (wonderful if you're starving.) Good homemade burgers and a variety of delicious unique milkshakes the fries are also good but the staff is just ok! Overall worth a visit for sure, cool Route 66 shirts for sale. 👍🏽

All the food was amazing! We had a huge group go in 1 hour b4 closing & our waiter Parker was so cool & took fantastic care of us. He was right on it all! Thank you Parker from the lady fresh out of prison & all my crazy children . You made our whole night !
