Talk about local and fresh! Great people, nice atmosphere. Limited menu but trust me you will find plenty to enjoy. Very cute decor and I don't usually do cute. Go support these people!

My first time dining at roots was a wonderful experience. The owner is a wonderful person who was there during breakfast. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a local concocted tea. Both were great and their large tea is VERY large. I appreciated the quirky mismatched aspects of this small local business from chairs at each table that don't match to each one of us getting different mugs and plates. 

I have had roots previously for catering and it was AMAZING. Their house-made dressings are delicious and they should really consider selling jars of it. They meet a variety of dietary needs and everything is grown on their local farm or locally sourced.

I love this place! They have both a indoor and outdoor eating. Dogs are welcome, staff is friendly, the food....... it is truly fresh I try a new dish every time I go and have yet to be disappointed.

Farm to table, friendly environment great food and coffee. Food items are hand made fresh. Just what the east mountains needed. Come and check it out.
Should have been a 5 star from the beginning. Not sure what happened.
