Oxbow Marina

Horrible customer service. My mom called the owner saying she was interested in docking her huge boat at one of their piers and was told there were some piers being built and are available. My parents went there last Friday to check it out and were told from the guy at the front desk that no piers were available. My mother then mentioned that she had already spoken to a woman who said there were piers available then he proceeded to tell them he’ll be back with the woman my mother spoke to.... The woman came down but decided she’d talk to customers who were already being helped by another employee THEN she turned off the lights in the store, never acknowledging my parents. I’m not sure if it’s a race issue or the staff are just all around rude.

Great place for soccer tournaments or Ultimate (frisbee - trademark) tournaments. Loads of parking in the field lots. Absolutely terrible road (Island Rd) to get to Marina! Potholes, narrow, homeowners street parking and maximum 20 mph.

Smells like grass, lilacs and dead bodies. Water is excruciatingly wet.

Friendly staff, helpful with finding parts. Off the main river so great place to learn how to control your boat without much wake interference from others.
