They talk down about homosexuality and transgendered people calling them "it" instead by "he" or "she" at their front desk. We come to get our appointment done and the people in front are just degrading everyone. Very hateful words coming out of their mouths. They tried whispering but we can all in the lobby hear them clear as day.
