Refresh Dental

I rate the staff as 5. The finance person , zero. He estimated my bill about 70% to low. All monies were taken the first day. He doesn't get back with me on the matter. Now he's questioning me on my insurance after they took the money. I would expect someone getting paid for this job in financing would be more informed on insurance than myself. Happy with the staff and work they did. Not happy with the finance person.

I can't say enough great things about Dr Missy & staff! My first appointment, I was so nervous, I cried in the chair while talking. Quite a few appointments later, I'm so comfortable and relaxed. Everyone is so sweet, kind & patient when explaining everything. I have two children (who also see Dr Missy..) so sometimes I have time constriction when scheduling appointments & they do their very best to accommodate what I need! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Very nice people and very honest. I was hesitant about the work needed and they gave me some alternatives of which was helpful and cost saving. They were also helpful in selecting the best option. Everyone there is great.

They were very friendly but the wait time to be seen was rediculous. People that came in after me were in and out a lot faster.
