Paladin Security Niagara Falls

I reside in Niagara Falls and applied so many times for a security guard job. Every time I get reply that you are not selected. I have 3-4 years of experience and I really want to work for your company. Please help me how should I get a job or you hire only with reference. Please reply. Thank you

Had a wonderful lady, lovebreet. Did an incredible job at the st.catharines general hospital. She knows exactly what do to and when do to it. She is also very smart and hardworking and accepts challenges. 5 star company.. let everyone be like lovebreet.

Just wanted to express so much gratitude for the three security officers at Niagara Hospital tonight/this morning12am-8am November 2nd. They went above and beyond while doing patient watch on me to make me feel more comfortable and they were doing everything to be absolutely understanding of my situation. They were extremely professional and more pleasant then any others I've encountered before even at the few moments that I wasn't so pleasant as I was very emotional. I've never thought I'd have a guards that show so much compassion and empathy to a patient getting mental health help. All three were absolutely amazing and in the stressful state I'm currently in they have made me more comfortable, and were far more empathetic and consoling then any of the hospital employees I've encountered! Just beyond pleased and grateful for everything! Definitely top notch guys that need to be given plenty of credit for the way they do their jobs!

This company sucks . Sketchy security guards they hire like in fort Erie. Makes a girl uneasy how they are . Manager Neil doesn't give to craps on people he hires and passes over people

Horrified at the rudeness and attitude today at Douglas Memorial! Typically seniors in here all day... This man is short and extremely rude to all patients I have seen in contact with him so far. An elderly lady, whom could barely walk asked him for a wheelchair and he only pointed to where she would find one. I got up to help her and she was so sweet and appreciative. It's been a long few years.. kindness goes a long way, this man does not deserve what you are paying him.

Much more professional companies, seen many employees use excessive force in situations that did not need it. Save yourself a lawsuit and hire someone who can handle the job !
