I’m working with Paragon security for almost two years the company really cares about their guards and you can really grow within the company. I started my career with Paragon as a guard and then became a site supervisor and after that I became a mobile supervisor. The management is really helpful and accommodates you if you need accommodation, If you are a good worker you can grow in this company it took me less than two years to became a mobile supervisor I have worked for Paladin security and literally did dangerous type of work in hospitals for minimum wage, imagine you are handcuffing people who try to bite you hit you spit on you & scratch you and you are doing all this for minimum wage.

This is the worst employer I’ve ever seen. Well to start from beginning. I took their training on October, then when I passed the ministry exam. I returned to work with them. I’ve been selected and when I done their employment training. They put me in a condo. The Condo Manager is a very nice and humble man. But I just felt the industry not for me. After working 2 days for them. Almost 20 hours, I told them that I won’t continue with them. The pay rate is the lowest in industry(minimum wage). And they are full of bullying. Jason is the worst guy and unprofessional person in the company. When I told him I want to quit. He told me that they will send my name to collections if I don’t return the uniform. I returned the uniform today(November 15 2017). When I asked them about my hours. He told me that the money goes to the uniform. The uniform is new and they took all my hours for it. Probably they will charge someone for that uniform. Please be careful before you sign Andy documents with them. Because people like Jason will make your life hell. Thanks God i left them early.

A terrible company. They will forget your schedule and harass you on your days off thinking you will be working. Before you are hired they will promise a full-time site but afterwards assign you as a random fill-in floater going from site to site. You pay for a new uniform and are deducted union fees for a non-existent union. Worst of all as seems to be mentioned repeatedly are the utterly unprofessional and downright abusive/bullying schedulers such as Jason Farrell the scheduler for the Condo division who once called me at 6am in the morning on a day off actually raising his voice and demanded I show up on a day that I was not scheduled and tried to blame his own mistake on me. Jason Farrell had a lets say "creative" way of scheduling me which hinged on assigning me work a 14 hour shift on 6pm-8am sunday, that way 6 hours go into one pay period/week while the other 8 fell into the following pay period/week, along with the other hours I was assigned I totaled 78 hours which put me two hours below full time hours and would have seen me get my benefits after 6-9 months instead of the 3 months I would been entitled to had I worked a solid 80 hours, this whole time being doubled because Jason Farrell and by extension the rest of the company decided to grease me out of a mere 2 hours a week. Overall a horrible, deceitful and verbally abusive company that anyone should stay away from.

Exactly how to run a professional security gaurd firm. They go through great lengths to make sure you're properly trained in every posible facet. Don't even hire another company. Whatever they're charging you is worth it.
