I was recently at an event where best guard security was operating. The 3 guards that were their sat and played on their phones for a majority of the time. Their gaurds did not meet the standards that was listed on their website. If you want actually security get a good security company , not this one

I have been around with other security companies however best guard is Great company to work for.The management is very understandable and respect to their employees. Training is all free any better than any other company. And there are a lot of opportunities to be promoted within.A lot of things like scheduling, work experience and co-workers are obviously site specific. Within a few month of working I've seen a few colleagues go on to become team leaders and I've been able to apply for a further position myself. Every company has their good and bad. However if you do ur job you will be where you wanna to be.Overall very happy to be a part of the bestguard security. Carlos F

Amazing place to work for. I got the opportunity to learn and grow at best guard security.
