Russell Security Service company is one of the best security companies i have come across. the management team is extremely friendly and approachable. They respect all their employees and work together as a team. i feel you can never find the type of loyalty within a company that you find at Russell Security and i am proud to say i work for Russell Security!!!

Very Bad Customer Service by Guards! I’ve never seen an unprofessional guard in my entire career. 33 Shore Breeze Drive, Etobicoke, M8V 0G1 guard who works at mentioned site so ignorant and rude with customers and guests on site. I needed help with visitor parking pass received so unprofessional and rude response by this guard and when asked for SECURITY LICENSE She denied to show it. I’m not sure if this company is not training guards properly “By Law in Ontario Security Guard has to Show/Identify Security Guard license when asked by a public.(It’s funny how only company employees are putting in 5 star reviews for this organization; probably management made them do it) THANKS FOR SERVING COMMUNITY WITH UNPROFESSIONAL MOTO

Great company to work for and by far the best management team I have seen at any security company. Its a fun and safe work environment to gain experience in the field, with room for advancement. Tons of training and the best teams to work with. Nothing but good things to say about this company.

Russell Review Pros: Russell Security gives employees access to some of the top sites in Toronto. Most of the time you can just walk in to Russell and receive employment in the company without even explaining the Tresspass to Property Act and be given employment to Bay Adelaide site for example. Cons: Huge problem with human resources, employee accountability, adequate training and management overall. Russell is not a professional company and never has been. They are unprofessional and lack common sense. Sidenote: if you join onto this company please understand you will not receive a refund for a uniform, proper treatment as a employee and have to constantly check your paycheque for missing hours. Please be informed that this has happened to me previously while working for this company. Best of luck!
