1/10. Received order and was gifted food poisoning. Sausage pizza. Also had the delivery driver with an attitude. Missed 3 days of work. Facts are facts. Just wished I were able to give zero stars. I never wish that experience upon anyone.

I ordered pizza 7:40pm waiting to get it and call them twice.they said he is on the way.I Wait until 8:40pm.I expected the guy to knock my door unfortunately he left the pizza out side door.the pizza is cold they don’t even check them where they are.I paid tips for nothing not good work.very sad.

Ordered for the second time in the last several months at the Eastway location in Charlotte NC. Once again the pizza was cold when it was delivered. Ridiculous for $25.

Use to love this place, but now I don't care for there pizza as much as I use to, one of my family members order pizza one night from here the guy who was delivering the pizza bang on my door so hard I thought it was the police who had a warrant for someone arrest omg didn't make no sense how rude was that.Food: 3/5

I personally don't believe making pizza is hard. You have pictures and a detailed order right in front of you and for some reason someone can't get it right. It is the worst feeling to tip a driver 5 bucks get inside and your order is all wrong. It's not hard !!!! I could train a bird to make pizza yet these meat sacks drive to work  clock in and take a dump in a box and hand it off to a driver to bring to a customer. Absolutely trash all the way around. These people don't deserve the minimum of wages. Now I have to wait 45 more minutes for my pizza should have had cereal

Rude for absolutely no reason. Not sure why they use a second party call service to take orders which is problematic to say the least. I placed a delivery order & was told i was out of range which was completely untrue just to arrive & be told very rudely that i never placed an order or was at the wrong store,  again untrue. The woman taking orders had no knowledge of anything dealing with the store like at all plus there was a hard time understanding eachother due to a language barrier. The two older gentlemen were rude & nasty for completely no reason at all & not once tried to help to figure nor rectify the situation.  Unacceptable! Gotta do better!

If I wanted it this cold I would've ordered a frozen pizza from Instacart.  Get it together!Food: 1/5

Well ..Papa John's Pizza  lovers... that's my closest location for foods to be delivered to my household. Fresh ingredients and fast delivery!

This place is always super inconsistent to me, it feels personal at times. Its either the pizza arrives cold, missing something like a sauce or sometimes an ENTIRE pizza. This latest order arrived on time, pizza was cold and missing a pizza i redeemed with a coupon they mailed to me for messing up a previous order. Called the store, said the pizza didnt show up on the order, tried to use the coupon again and it said its been used. Its safe to say im done with all 3 of the fast food pizza places. They just screw people way too much for what theyre worth. Fuel pizza is a much better choice fr a few more bucks. Right off Central Avenue. Adios Papa Johns
