Papa John's Pizza

I've given these people a dozen chances. Today was 4th time i had to call request a money back because they cant make the most basic of orders. never mind other times i let it go Extra sauce, well done, normal cut. Not extra sauce, not well done and not cut through. When asked what managers full name was, so i could follow up with corporate i was told " i am not going to give you my name" ... where do you people find these kids to run your stores????

Worst pizza we have ever been served from Papa John's. Why? Toppings were centered in the pizza, barely had any cheese, less toppings, it was luke warm, and didn't taste right. Tasted old and dried up even the peppers, not fresh. Disappointed with this location and never again will do business. If we only knew, we could have just used that money to get Ynot pizza and be satisfied and not end up throwing money away!

My buffalo chicken pizza wasn't supposed to have onions, they make me sick, but they were there. As you can see in the photo only half the pizza was covered. Half of the pizza was bare bread. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. There was so little sauce that it was dry. The pepperoni was mainly on one side. The grease from the cheese and pepperoni were the only source of moisture. I also ordered a custom pizza. It also lacked sauce. My son can't have cheese so I asked for a little hot sauce drizzled on top. Obviously cheese is the most expensive component, but that was apparently too much to ask. Once again the toppings were skewed to the side. It was entirely disappointing. We each basically got half a pizza and some bread sticks.

Evertime I go in I'm greeted at the door and someone helps me. Food is cooked quick and always the quality expected at papa johns.Food: 5/5

Ordered a original crust pizza, when I got my pizza the crust was thin and burnt. I called the restaurant and the man on the phone said he could TRY to remake it but it’s going to come out the SAME way and he doesn’t know why it would be burnt smh uh well it’s burnt. But worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from ANY papa johns location!

I was shocked at how fast our carryout order was ready...but now I know that's because it was not properly cooked. EXTREMELY doughy in the middle and on the crust. It is the next day and we are all feeling a little sick. Love the flavors of their pizza, but I've never ordered from this location because we just moved. Hopefully this was just a bad day for the cooks and will be better next time.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Papa John's. My family and I were treated disgustingly by the staff and the delivery driver. The driver lied about being talked to a certain way and drove off with my children’s food , leaving us without our food…. He never even made it to my home , he was at a duplicate address which is in the back of the neighborhood . Which I stated to him on the phone when he called and said no one was answering the door! Meaning he was never at my home to begin with ! When I called to speak to someone about this issue, I was hung up on multiple times. The staff was incredibly rude and not receptive to hearing my complaint. I even recorded the conversation to provide evidence of their unacceptable behavior. I am so angered by this experience that I will be contacting my brother who is a lawyer first thing in the morning to seek legal action. It's unacceptable that Papa John's and their employees can treat customers this way and refuse to make amends for their mistakes. If you're considering ordering from Papa John's, I suggest finding another pizza place that values their customers and treats them with dignity and respect.

Ordered chicken poppers with Honey Chipotle sauce and 2 pizzas. They got the pizzas right but not the chicken. Was told basically, "oh well" upon talking to the second person that supposedly was a "manager". I was told they can't do anything for side items, even if they're wrong. They gave me the option to rebate the two pizzas back on store credit or refund the pizza. I explained that there's nothing wrong with the pizzas! The chicken order was clearly wrong! They refused to make it right which we paid for. Not to mention dealing with these employees is like dealing with children that shouldn't be employed and are undeniably too stupid to have a job. Out of principal, I'm going to contact the owner of this franchise and tell him how I feel about their employees they've hired and the trifling service they provide. Anyone reading this review and determining if they should place their order with them or not; it may be to your own detriment but go right ahead...

Long-time customers, we were compelled to write a review after excellent service by a Ms. Thomas who took care of our order issue and ensured our next delivery was perfect! Highly recommend garlic parm coating on your pizza.

Ordered pizza, order was wrong and missing item. Charge extra but don't give the item. Order was replaced and STILL wrong. ‍ 3rd time, credit suppose to be on account, no proof that this was done. Had better pizza before from here, don't know if they were that busy for this outcome.Food: 2/5
