Papa John's Pizza

Called and ordered a large supreme got this small pepperoni instead. Tried calling to add to order got told the order had already left after only 10 mins. Called again to place a new order got told couldn’t had to press #3 did that twice it was the same guy saying samething. Called again pressed #5 for manager same guy answered said he was manager. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Call cooperate every time till it gets shut down!!!!

I ordered a medium the works pizza, cheese sticks , and cinnamon pull aparts. The pizza and cheese sticks were a bit over cooked, but they still tasted good. The cinnamon pull aparts were more than a bit overcooked. Burned cinnamon does not taste good. One bite of one pull apart was all that was eaten. So, half of one pull apart. I ordered 10/23/22. Spent over 30.00 with tip.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. My friend and I sat in my car in the parking lot trying to place an order and was put on hold over and over at least 7 times while workers stood out side talking , two other workers stood around talking in side and one sat on ground. We left and drove to Crestwood Dominoes Pizza. But not before I took pictures. This Resturant needs to be either shut down or all employees replaced with people trained and ready to work...12 thumbs down

I went to place an order after 7pm and was told that I can only get delivery service. I ordered through the app and waited an hour for the food to arrive. It was cold, no sauce was provided and the staff are young and unprofessional.

Me and the wife decide to order a late dinner and I picked a pan pizza something new haven't tried it before. Well i older the pan pizza with light sauce but I wasn't aware that the pan pizzas has its own different kind of sauce that is thicker. So I was calling down there to complain but instead the Guy that answer the phone explain to me what happened apologized and gave me some insight instead of blowing me off. It's Friday, March 17 10:05 PM I don't know who I talk to and I didn't catch his name but I thank him whoever he was for being a normal person about it!! The five stars go to him and the delivery man for also being a normal cool person!

Fast unless very busy. ALWAYS hot and delicious food. The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars is because they didn't have early delivery, causing me to have to pay extra for a Door Dash and because it can be busy enough for a lengthy wait.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes

Friendly staff and the food was ok. The cinnamon roll pan was cooked a bit hard, but not bad. Parking: Parking is okay.

excellent service despite being closed they attended me very quickly also I liked the pizza a lot

I got the confirmation email that my order had been placed at 11:53 AM. After about two hours, I checked the order tracker, and it claimed my order was "being boxed". I waited another 30 minutes, and checked again; the tracker said the same thing. It's now been 3 hours and 10 minutes. I've called to see what was up and/or cancel my order, but the line is constantly busy. I can't imagine, even with a high volume of orders placed less than an hour after opening, that ordering a small pizza, bread sticks, and dessert should take over 3 hours to be delivered. I have somewhere to be, and I still have no idea if I'm going to get my order. I'm a pretty relaxed and respectful customer, overall, but this is absurd. I don't feel entitled or think I'm being unrealistic in being agitated about this. If you order lunch, spending over $30.00 and prepay a tip, you shouldn't have to wait till dinnertime to receive it.

Took more than an hour to deliver! Pizza was cold
