The food and drinks are consistently good. The happy hour taco bar from 4:00-6:00 daily (weekdays) is "the bomb". Buy 1 drink get the taco bar for free!! Service is usually very good. This is one of my families favorite restaurant in Minot. If you are not into Mexican cuisine they make a great burger, chicken strip dinner and the southwest chicken salad is excellent !!

The food (Super Seafood Taco) was very fresh, hot and tasty. The Margarita(Strawberry-Banana) had the perfect blend!!! The chips were ok, really nothing to rush to Paradiso for ---They are free I guess so we probably shouldn't complain, and the salsa has become to hot for my taste buds. They use to offer a 'mild and medium' option but they no longer do that. I wish they still did. Our waitress was hit or miss. She slowed down when she was walking past our table and did ask if we needed anything. If we were quick, we could shout out what we needed, so I would count that as not a great case of customer service! You will get an awesome main course, but don't waste your time on the chips!

I had such a great time with the Taco bar, Please stop and visit with Brittany. She remembers what I drink and has it to the table before I'm seated. The music is great. There are so many Tv's, my eyes are trying to keep up with all the action. But most of all, is having Josh stop by our table, he makes us so welcome. So stop in and visit with a great meal and super staff. Thanks from Janet and friends.

We arrived literally 4 minutes after they opened for the day. All the tables has some food on them from the night before. My food arrived cold, but the plate was hot. The promotional material on the tables were filthy with dried, stuck-on food on the bottom from months of no cleaning. Probably won't be back.

Went there for a friend's birthday. Waiter acted like we were an inconvenience. Food was great but step up your service game.
