Incredibly unprofessional they forgot they are supposed to help people be healthy and not just make money. Dr barely listens to you the only good thing is that she will prescribe you anything you want. My friends call her the Candy Shop so if you want pills come see her but if you need medical help go elsewhere

It took me four phone calls to get an appointment setup. The receptionist said she'd call me back after she verified insurance and she never did. Then they called me and left me a voicemail to re-schedule the appointment. Then I called and they didn't want to re-schedule. The day of the appointment I arrived ten minutes prior the appointment instead of fifteen (busy working) and I was on a work phone call. There were other patients in the waiting room ahead of me so I took my new patient paperwork out to the car to finish while I wrapped up my work call. I had two separate sheets and a bunch of forms paper-clipped together - the ones in the paperclip appeared as duplicates so I filled out the first one and the other two spare sheets and set them on the front counter. A minute or so later (now right at my appointment time) the nurse said I missed some forms. I profusely apologized and explained I thought they were duplicates. She replied, "It's ok but Dr. Dopotty has an appointment at 11 so she won't see you today." Mind you it's 10:31am at this point and my appointment was scheduled at 10:30am -- so if her appointment was anywhere outside of her office she had no chance to see me anyway...kinda feels like they wanted to blame me when they messed up their schedule. I wasted an hour of my day driving over there, filling out forms and waiting on the doctor only to be told she wouldn't see me. I suggest you go to a doctor's office that returns calls when they say they will and do not schedule off-site meetings at the same time as they schedule patients. I have two family members that have been going here for years and this is the only reason I went here --- my goal today is to find a new doctor for me and my two family members. I doubt the doctor will care - but hopefully I will save some other poor soul the unfortunate experience I had to endure today.

Dr. M Duhpati Always sending patients to specialists... who needs a primary care? Can't talk to her as see is the one doing all the talking. Doesn't like to be called on Off Hours - Go figure?!!!! This doctor wrote a wrong Rx for meds that should not be combined!
