I have been seeing Dr. Kahlon only a few times. I’ve always felt rushed in there. I normally just go for my anxiety medication; however, I have brought up a few issues while I’ve been in there. I had the severe flu a couple months back and she just told me to drink lots of water. I ended up going to Urgent Care a few days later where they prescribed Ibuprofen and antibiotics. Would have been nice if she would have just done that while I was there. I also have brought up pains in my hip that have been progressively been getting worse over the years. She told me I was too young to have any issues and that I just need to stretch. Found out my sciatic nerve is pinched. I’ve been experiencing numbness in my foot and sometimes in my left arm. I am now 3 Days left of my anxiety meds and the pharmacy has requested a refill from her twice and I have called them twice and I am still waiting, hoping I have my meds by this weekend. She does not take me seriously.

I have been seeing Dr. Desai and his team over at Westside Internal Medicine for over 1 year now. I can honestly say that I have never received better care in my whole life then I have under Dr. Desai and his team! I am so ☹ to see there are not many positive reviews on Google. I hate to see how this negative feedback can really tarnish the Doctors reputation. I know that a medical care facility in Surprise will probably have a heavy percentage of retired folks coming in. Unfortunately, they can be quick to criticize and not willing to take the time to write a positive review especially online from my experience. I hope that more of his patients that have had a similar experience will write an honest review on Google for him!

Was a patient of Dr. Desai for about a year, until I got tired of the BS. My visits consisted of about an average wait time of 45 minutes beyond my appointment time, with an average 5 minute visit with doc. Felt rushed, and that the overall attentive nature was absent. If you like being treated like a number, then this is the right place for you.

Horrible experience, it appeared as though the doctors main concern was running the patients through as fast as possible without taking the time to actually listen. When my wife went for her first appointment in nearly a year, she came home so upset, she was almost in tears over the complete lack of respect given to her. After being weighed and her blood pressure taken, that was the end of any real medical attention provided. when she mentioned a possible sinus infection, the doctor was not even going to check her nose/ears, when she inquired about obtaining antibiotics for an upcoming trip to China she was denied, and when she wanted to discuss her sore shoulder, the doctor actually stood outside the door and complained he was too busy for questions. Maybe that's to be expected from a doctor trained at the University of the Caribbean, but it certainly is not up to the standards my family is use to receiving.

Saw Dr Ramit Kahlon here is only a small portion of the abuse I took from them.....
She selectively cares about her Patients. If she doesn't know anything about a particular decease she says there is nothing more I can do for you. She watched me for 3 months agonize with pain, nausea, dizziness and chronic fatigue and she prescribed me sinus antibiotics without even touching me. I became sicker and sicker to the point pain became a secondary issue for me. I have felt like I have had the flu for over 3 months almost 4 months now. I finally get a diagnosis from a RA doctor for Fibromyalgia, along with Osteoarthritis. The Fibro not only causes pain but it can cause fatigue that is like having a constant flu. Four months I have felt this way with only about 5 days where I almost felt human. On those good days I tried to do things and ended up in pain and flu like again. This doctor has no idea what I am going through and she does not care either. My last appointment I was happy to tell her I thought the med may be starting to elevate some of my pains. But that I still had the chronic fatigue. She turned and said to me "we all have aches and pains" and then she said "I have never seen anyone with fatigue like you unless they had severe heart issues or COPD".... and that she will not fill out any paperwork for my job or anyone else. hmmm to me that said she thinks I am faking, Faking????? I can not write here what I wanted to do and say next to her. Instead I left pretty much in shock and from that day till now my continuum of care has been halted and I feel my symptoms increasing again. Stress is a big factor with flare ups but do you think she cares, I guess not.
