Party City

This particular store is smaller than the ones I'm used to. However, they still have a good selection of items. There seems to be a good sale going on each week and thank God because the average price is high. Love how they help you color coordinate your event. Great chain of stores. Just expect to pay for the convenience.

First of all let me start by saying they have EVERYTHING for your party needs!!! Also, the employees I have encountered are ALWAYS professional. Now for the other part of this review.....They NEED more employees!!!! 😱 Because they don't have enough employees, it's hard to get help when you need things down from the top shelves; when a ladder is needed. The young man I asked for help today, told me to give him a minute and he would be right back. Well, I gave him 15 MINUTES, and had to go looking for him! When I found him, he apologized stating "they have me running all over." He did go and get a ladder, but he barely looked for what I needed before he was down, off the ladder, and the ladder back in a leaning position!!! 😕 He stated he didn't think they had more of the plates I needed because he hadn't seen them in a long time. 😵 I hope they hire more employees soon, so that they can get the ALL important customer service right!!!

Customer service sucks. Not one person asked if I needed help. I was looking for purple birthday party invitations. I saw they were color coordinated but all i saw was kiddy stuff. When I asked an associate at the front, all she said was, "they are on every aisle" while looking at me as if I was getting on her nerves. I had already walked the entire store. Not Going back to this location. I found way more options and deals in Hobby Lobby.

The prices on balloons are really high but good selection. Took away one star because i couldnt find anything for a boy for 16th birthday! I mean boys tutn 16 too.... everything was for th ed girls. Please add some stuff for boys too

Longest line ever with one person at checkout. No sence of urgency. I had one item and stood in line for over 15 minutes. Yikes.
