Party City

Great store wish they had better sales but overall you can always find what I need.

OMG! Party city is expensive BUT it’s Sooooo worth it! I bought the jumbo letters to spell out my name each for $10 a letter but it came out so nice 👌🏽 i also purchased 30 regular balloons and a whole bunch of other things i needed for my party. In total i spent over $200 but there are some things such as table covers that i can re-use. This location is not all that and the people here were not that enthusiastic about working there. However the party city in Hiram is much more better and way more helpful!!! They put in that extra effort 🤸🏽‍♀️

This is the WORST Party City. I went there last evening for a simple “Congratulations” balloon. To my surprise, they had none in stock. I asked for a few more things and they didn’t have that either. This isn’t a reflection of the staff. This is a reflection of poor planning. How is this store out of balloons, wrapping paper and string?! One of the staff members told me they had been out for a week. This is crazy. I ended up spending more than intended only to find out the product I bought was broken. I’m just over this store. While the young lady I was working with beyond pleasant, I think it’s irresponsible for this store to be operating with incomplete stock and malfunctioning products.

Somebody needs to clean the dust off the back of the monitors at checkout. Also need to train the checkout staff how to find people’s online orders - party pickup. Also might wanna make it obvious that you may need to add a weight to a balloon order when purchasing online
