Party City

Store was clean and well organized. When I asked for help with finding an item, the staff member walked me to its location rather than simply telling me where it was. Checkout was efficient. The clerk was pleasant.

Unfortunately it closed. But it wasn't that popular when it was open, mainly just for Halloween.

The employees at this store are very rude and dont take any care for the customer and the management is even worse. They need to take pride in their work. My sister and i went to return an item that did not fit her. The lady ringing us up didnt know what she was doing. She had to ask the guy next to her a million questions and she was not new and he tried to give us false information about returns but then returned it. When we where done the lady didnt say and thing to us she just screamed out loud next customer and we had children with us and she didnt have time to even pick up her money off the counter. I have worked in customer service for 12 years and i know thats bad business.

This place is trying to sell fangs that have been open and then at checkout refused to honor the price of stickered product. Cashier was ditzy and unhelpful and manager would not come to the front to deal with the issue.
