If you want to experience good customer service, DON'T ever go to this location. People there see u standing in line, pass by you and don't even acknowledge you. Then when you ask for something they look at each other like your asking for out of space and get rid of you just by saying " the person that takes care of that is off today". They just lost a customer and Ima make sure to tell everyone I know

The staff was accommodating, more than they needed to be.  I appreciate to extra attention.  The store is a little messy but I was able to find what I needed.

Sonja the manager is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Her staff is also amazing! They saved my little boy from not getting the costume he wanted! Five stars all away around!

I like shopping here for party items and costumes. My friends and I enjoy how clean and organized this store is. It can be a bit pricey compared to other nearby locations. The customer service is good too.
