Not willing to do a call ahead order for balloons, they required you to go into the store to order- would not even guarantee they would be ready in time. I called the Alpharetta location and they were much more helpful and accommodating, actually did take an order over the phone. Will not be using the East Cobb location ever. Helps when you have employees that want to help customers.

The staff needs better customer service training. They don't make the experience of shopping in their store pleasant. Very short and dry assistance.

CLOSE THE STORE AND SACRIFICE THE EMPLOYEES .. Regional/Area Management is really to blame. Store is a mess. Just about everything is outdated or a choking hazard. Was rung up incorrectly. Though I can not tell since everything is a mess. Millennial's are getting an even worse perception by going there and dealing with the rude(?) employees, maybe not rude just don't care. No respect for anything. Not sure. People in the area are rude too normally as I've seen being new-er to the area. Also tried ordering on-line and that went to poop too.. At least there's Amazon & various Dollar type stores still.

DO NOT PURCHASE BLOWN UP BALLOONS FROM THIS LOCATION. I have been burned twice. 1st time the young girl stated I did not pay and they did not have proof of my purchase of the ballonons. Someone clearly made a mistake and did not mark paid so then I had to dig out my receipt. I had to find someone last minute to pick up order. Today I am hosting my son's 3rd birthday party and sent my husband to pick up the order of balloons and guess what? They don't have the balloons blown up nor could they initiallly find the order. A refund was made, greatfully, but this is all Inconvenient! Now my 3 year kid has no kid balloons for his party. Thanks Party City on Roswell Rd. Never again.

The worst.. the young man helping was rude, every balloon I wanted they didn't have. Got one they didn't know how to put a few attachments on it. Very slow moving.. will not be going back.. the worst is rudeness and act like they are bored.
