Party City

Can't find anything. But hard to find service on the floor. Took me 20 minutes to get balloons while waiting online. Asked a sales associate that was doing nothing on the floor and was told that the cashier would help me. Lack of customer service. After waiting 20 mins was told by cashier that I had to wait to get my balloons filled up so she can ring up one other customer. That took an additional 10 minutes. I would recommend going to the dollar store. At least at Dollar tree they will give you good service and you will be able to leave shortly after. It just seems like it's so slow there with the service and almost depressing. Employees always look so sad here.😔

Line took kind of long. Guy checking us out was obviously flirting with the other cashier through his ear piece. Kind of weird but got what I needed.

The place is OK, but the registers are super slow. And what bothers me the most is that I can’t believe they don’t have a price-check scanner (as probably most stores this size have), and that I have to make the whole line at the register just to check a price... ridiculous

NO help. Employees are nice but TOTALLY under staffed. Cheap company that won’t pay for enough employees. Won’t be back!

- Even Typing this at the moment makes me extremely upset. I am still in shock with the way and manner I was treated. I shop regularly at party city. I plan allot of event and use balloons for allot of photo shoots I shoot. I ordered balloons online for pick at the north point Alpharetta location at 8am to be ready at 3pm. I got to the store at 4pm balloons were not ready. Even though I was not even upset about that I showed her my order and she called the manager. A young woman who had the nastiest attitude I ever seen you would of thought I was the one who made some mistake first I showed her my order, she never said I apologize for the inconvenience I’ll get these balloons ready for you is, she literally no lie or exaggeration said what balloons did you order? I said 4 jumbo black balloons showed her the order, then she says, go get the balloons they are in that row. I said excuse me she said go get them. I had to let look behind me because I was confused. So now my patience is growing thin. Something that could of been an easy fix turned into a nightmare. I go grab the balloon and I say did the order not go through? She said I don’t know. Not like looking at me and extremely rude. I was like ok then she charges me double for the price I ordered online. I showed her no that’s price isn’t right. I literally ordered the same thing last week at the same location no problem. She said well that s what it is. I show her the order again and the price I paid online I said why would it be a different price doesn’t make sense, she’s like I don’t know but this is the price. So on top of the fact my order wasn’t, no apology or anything got that I’m getting charged double and she is just nasty, you would of thought she was the one wronged, then to top it off she sucks her teeth and says fine I’ll give it to you for this price. I looked at her and said you have terrible customer service, she responds I do huh but I’m giving it to you for this price. I laughed and said yeah because that’s the price I paid, I have ordered these balloons several times. She goes then to start inflating the balloons does 3, then goes to the back for 15 mins to finish the last one. I don’t know where they found this rude young lady to be manager at that. So at this point there’s a huge line of people and she’s being completely unprofessional going to the back to I guess keep me waiting upset. So she finally comes back inflates last balloon and gives me the balloons. It’s now almost an hour after I got there. I am so glad I kept my cool because it took all my patience to be calm. I still can’t believe it.
