POOR customer service. I ordered balloons online to be inflated for pick up, and according to the website there were plenty in stock. TWO WHOLE HOURS after being ordered, they called to tell me they were out of stock just before my event. No effort was made to accommodate. The site needs to accurately reflect what's in stock. After compromising on the balloons, I was about to ask if my order would still be ready by my original pick up time and the customer service rep hung up on me!

I didn't like that the store was so crowded and it seemed like the employees were moving slow on purpose.
