Garbage service. Placed an order at 10am through the online ordering service for a pickup time of 12:30pm. Received order confirmation emails, but no word of being ready for pickup by 1:30pm so I called in asking about the order and despite having a confirmation for the address and date and time, the order was not found anywhere on their end. Ended up basically placing a new order, saying I placed a delivery order for balloons when the email clearly says pickup for this location. Upon getting to the store I went to the online order pickup line, but they gave me a pack of not blown up balloons of the set I ordered lmao. Put me in the regular cashier line which took forever while they blew up the balloons I ordered online and called them for already previously. Party city is already too ridiculously expensive to have terrible service like this. Anyway don't bother trying to order ahead of time and gamble whether they're in stock or not unless you're in person and able to verify with them completely face to face and keep wasting your money.

Prices are ok, but the service needs to be improved. There is always a long wait at the cash register.

I'm glad everyone had a great experience at this location. My experience was the complete opposite. I arrived at the store on a Saturday afternoon and wanted 2 balloons for a baby shower that was starting within 10 minutes. I was approached by a sales associates who didn't bother speaking but immediately asked are you here to pick up or place an order. I informed her I needed to place an order. Again, I only needed 2 balloons. She told me it would be AFTER 3:00 before I could get 2 balloons. It was 2:15 at that point. The frustrating part about the entire visit was the fact that NO ONE was waiting to pick up their balloon order. Poor customer service!! I will not visit this location again!

Nice store good location but understaffed be prepared to wait in line at checkout.
