Scored 1 because I couldn't score lower. From now on I will only go to Party City. I made and order and my order wasn't ready!!! Stopped by 2x and they claimed order was ready. They take too many orders and don't deliver. Very disappointed it was for my daughter's graduation party. They didn't even offer to give me a refund. So Party City maybe further but they will keep promises!

Very nice staff. Went in looking for a fairly specific type of balloon to try a test batch of mead. I got a weird look but she showed me a few different balloons until I found one that would work for what I needed.

Sign says opens at 10am. ts 10:07am and they STILL aren't open smh. I dont know who is running the store but theyre not trying to make any money. It was 7 of us sitting out here waiting
