Store manager/ shift supervisor (whatever she was), was rude when asked about getting a discount on a damaged product they had no more of. Then tried to blame me for the damage. I have been here several times for party supplies and never find what im looking for and always have to order from amazon.

Moderately expensive party favors and cards. The staff was very nice and helpful. Sadly, Party City does not have a decent "Congratulations" sign selection.
