Paul Bunyan Transit

I've called the bus three times(a day before like they asked me to.) to schedule an appointment. Twice they told me they wrote down my name and the time of my appointment only for the bus to not show up at all. Both times i called back to ask what happened only to be told that my info was not written down anywhere. The other time i was nearly late to my appointment despite going an hour early. (Also, it took several calls for them to bother to pick up the phone.) My wife has also used the bus several times and in her experience it only shows up about 50% of the time (also with the staff being clueless as to why no appointment is on their records.) Whoever is in charge of scheduling appointments simply put does not do their job.

Gave me a window of 20 minutes for pickup, didn't show up by 27 min so I had to call a cab to actually get to my doctor's appointment on time. I have no problem with waiting but it should be told an accurate window of time. They always say to book a day in advance, did they somehow mean that I should plan my 6min trip to the doctors and take it the day before my appointment? I also never got a call from the driver saying they were running late or anything to indicate that they even remembered I was to be picked up Also, they never asked for my name or any other indicators about me for the pickup. Someone else could've gotten on and not said anything about calling and left instead of me. (Although that would imply that they showed up)

If no stars was an option, I’d give that. The receptionist was SO UNBELIEVABLY cold, and rude.
