Metro Bus

As an operator at METRO BUS I've enjoyed working with the public. Most people are understanding when we are delayed. There truly is A LOT of great people that ride the city bus service. If anyone is considering riding/using the service for the first time in a long time or ever things have changed for the better. It does take longer to go across town but for the price you cant beat it. I used the service in the mid to the late 90s. And recently used the service a handful of times since I have worked there.

I was taking my daughter on a ride since she loves to see the buses but im not terribly familiar with the routes and schedules. I made a mistake and read a schedule wrong and ended up in a pickle. The bus driver and supervisor were extremely helpful and accommodating and made sure my two year old and i made it home safely. So besides a little embarrassment everything turned out well. I am very thankful for their kindness. We will definitely take a ride again.

You could have a really friendly driver or a real grouch. Bus gets me to where I need to go. Nice transit facility.

There's bomb threats everyday up here. I'm scared every time we have to be here. Kids smoking everywhere an cuss out staff buses are NEVER on time.
