MTC Transit Center

I like using the bus system a lot more now that they run a tighter schedule. The buses are always clean and work well. The drivers don't get enough credit for the work they do and the rude people they have to deal with, same with the staff in the office.

It was a good ride, wasn't really uncomfortable at all. I was able to relax and do what I needed to do while riding. The driver was also good. It was just that the bathroom inside the bus had no light inside as far as I could see so it was kind of difficult but I guess it was kind of a journey in of itself as in a fast moving bus, in a dark room while trying to also take care of business. I don't think I hated it since I was able to go right away but it would have been great if there was a light in there.

The area of the station was relatively well kept, and very approachable and welcoming. I believe that it would greatly help if there were some slight background music, and if there already is some maybe turn it up slightly more to where it is able to be heard, but not too distracting.

Normally a pleasant enough place. However some staff lack any semblance of having or ever had any people skills.

My daughter purchased a ticket for my niece. After confirming my niece would be able to travel from Nebraska to Saint Cloud by herself. When my niece tried boarding she was told she couldn't travel by herself. That was fine. The problem comes that this was over a month ago my daughter has been waiting for her refund and has called 7 times asking what's going on. Please fix your system you take payment quickly but take your sweet time to do the refund. We will not be using Jefferson lines again
