This was my first time having penn station and it was very good. We had a take out order,so no dealings with staff members. I will say,had I read the reviews regarding the manager I would not have spent my money here. I can say our food was hot and fresh,directions were followed and the fries are the best! My 5 star is for the food, but it sounds like you are in need of new management.

Great Subs, although the steak and cheese is my favorite. The fries are hand cut and great with malt vinegar, and the lemonade is some of the best I have ever had. If that isn't enough the place is clean and the staff is super friendly!

Listen i have never been in a place where a manager, as been so disrespectful. I have managed two restaurants and never have I talked crazy to a customer, yet alone put my hand in a customer face. I will be calling the 1-800- number and hitting every site I can, until I hear something has been done. My job will no longer be doing business with This company!

The manager is rude, food cold, and the place was unkept. I actually got sick after eating there. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I’d give this place a 0 if I could .

I came to this terrible establishment, to eat with my family. The staff was rude, but the owner/manager was very out of line. I have never seen someone disrespect their customers that way... I’ve even heard him cussing at customers. Because of the owner he has ruined it for all penn stations. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE
