Love the place, it’s structure is well kept alive and is reminiscent of the old buildings. Staff is always helpful.

Personnel helpful and pleasant. Only ticketed passengers allowed in at night. Bathrooms clean. Beautiful old building. Poor reviews on this page are for the bus station which is in a different building nearby.

Been here a few times and haven't had much issues. My last trip there on April 6th was bad enough to leave a permanent ill taste in my mouth. Horrible customer service shows a lack of professionalism and training. There is a huge disconnect between Amtrak and their customers.

Use the AMTRAK App or call ahead trains always are custom to delay. Great clean Greensboro train station!
