I ordered a turkey sandwich today for my daughter through the drive through around 2:45pm. The young lady who took my order was incredibly rude to me. To the extent, my 8yr. old daughter noticed it and became upset. She did not greet us, say thank you and snapped at us as if we were an inconvenience. I finally asked her, "Please do not be rude to your customers. Even my 8 yr. old daughter noticed you being rude to me through the drive thru window? Whatever you're going through, just don't bring it to work. If you do not wish to work at this place, find a place that you like better. Being rude to your customers reflects very poorly on your employer. Thank you and I hope you have a good day."

I walked in and greeted the lady up there but she just looked away. I asked her to put sweet onions but she started arguing with me. Her customer care was trash and was very rude to me.

Come here and the drive thru is "closed" even when it is not peak hours. Apparently they chrage more for wraps, even if you order the sub of the day, which is not the case for numerous other locations. Will be driving to another subway. Staff is rude and I will not be a returning customer.
