SUBWAY®Restaurants

It used to be ok but they recently replaced all staff with new and totally unprofessional crew. Chatting with each other instead of attending to a customer has become a new standard, together with getting the orders wrong (probably due to limited English) and dirty tables and bathroom. Today, one staff member was simply yelling at his colleague while I was trying to make an order. That very staff member was later smoking 5 ft away from the entrance (is this allowed?) Not that I expect much from a Subway in the first place, but I live close by and have been going occasionally to this particular place for quite some time, and that recent change was hard not to notice.

We ordered the chicken teriyaki and even after toasted it's still COLD…the staff is so laid back and looks unprofessional...Prob the worst subway restaurant I've ever been so far

This place is clean, the food was relatively fresh and the sandwiches were made quickly, pretty much all you need from a subway.

Well I don't usually leave reviews except for some extreme ones, good or bad. This was the worst restraurant I have ever been! Terribly rude from a young woman (on a thursday)! The old lady was OK getting the batch of chicken I ordered, but it was grabbed by the young woman who was preparing subs for the next customer. She explained she thought I ordered a different chicken, instead of saying "sorry" either to me or to the old lady. I guess I was naive to expect that from such a rude person! I wasn't even talking to her about what chicken I wanted because I was with the old lady for my sub. So I got interested in watching what she was doing with the order: she seemed so impatient with cutting the bread, part of the bread was torn open not cut open; she dumped the stuff onto the bread as if she was angry with it; when she finished she didn't even fold back the bread well before she wrapped it quickly. Just wonder how she could fit the job! I would never go back to the place again!
