Carol was very helpful to me with my truck rental. I ordered a 12' truck for a one bedroom move and, thank goodness, drove by the day before to look at it. I had great reservations about the size. Carole was patient with me and showed me the two different sizes as I went back and forth trying to decide. She was able to get me the 16' last minute and was very accommodating with every other aspect of the rental. I highly recommend her service!
