I have rented 3 Penske trucks through Andy of City Trucks in Stamford, CT.  If you want the very best service, you have got to call City Trucks!  Andy is so helpful with everything!  My husband and I were novice truck renters, nervously getting ready for a big move, and Andy helped us every step of the way.  The trucks were pristine, easy to load (well, we had help with that part) and easy to drive -- not nearly as scary as you might think! Andy recommended the right size truck and supplies for us.  He truly went the extra mile, helping us on a weekend when everyone else was closed!  Thank you Andy and City Trucks!

I gave the best rating because this is the best place to rent a truck  at this Penske location. The whole process for my major move was SMOOTH.  The truck was the best I have ever rented. dealing with Andy was amazing.. my first call from Florida was to Andy to thank him for making this a great experience.
