Budget Truck Rental

I have to say this was a nice experience from the price (half of their main competitor) to the ease of pickup. The only thing that would have been nice would be the ability to purchase boxes or other items at the location.

A HORRIBLE DISASTER! Having reserved a truck three weeks ago, I received a call 7:30 the morning of the 8:00 a.m. pick-up telling me the truck was not available. Not only that, but after several calls with this local office and the corporate office, they could not locate me a truck anywhere within a reasonable pickup distance. Finally they found one - 80 miles away in the opposite direction! Also, this local office put the burden on me to locate a truck through the corporate office, instead of taking on the responsibility themselves to fix their mess. Totally unprofessional. No customer service whatsoever.

Avoid this location at all cost, budget truck rental, should not use this location at all, it is a house, across from the address listed. Horrible service.
