Do not use Penske unless you absolutely need to. They do not care about the customer. l had a truck rented and workers hired for a day, go to pick the truck up and it’s been given away to someone else without a call. 2 drivers and 10 workers had nothing to do. They sent us to another truck yard for us to find out the truck there was broken. Penske has lost my business and my companies business for life. Very costly and could had been avoided with a simple phone call or competent help
