This review is for the North Haven Budget on Bernhard Rd. The North Haven office is a satellite office for this one and they don't have their own page so I'm posting my review here. 

I returned a truck to this location and the woman running the office, Joyce, charged my credit card a gas penalty although it was gassed up. The national office refunded me but it still amounts to a theft. When I called Joyce to dispute the charge she yelled over me so I couldn't talk, was loud, obnoxious then hung up before I could ask her why she did this. She is a crook. 

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

When you go to a website, confirm your reservation, make plans to do the move.  It's really nice for the facility to actually have the truck you reserve.  These guys did not.
