Had my brakes changed there and the older gentleman w/ white hair and glasses (I think his name was Steve) took such good care of me. He was so kind and because he went out of his way to help me so much, I went back for an oil change too. Thank goodness he was there again to help me for that. Keep up the good work!

Came in for troubleshooting a problem And could not repeat issue. Left fully informed and no charge. Anywhere else you would pay a diagnostinc fee upwards of 100 or more. Top notch people and service.

I will never return to this location again. One of the employees were very rude and unprofessional. The manager allows his employees to argue with customers right in front of him. Management should be able to assist customers when they have a problem but not this manager he just stood there while his employee went back in fourth with me like he wasn't at work and I wasn't a paying customer. You don't treat customers like that. I was there to spend my hard earned money and I was not happy with the way I was treated by this one employee and his manager. All the other employees were very professional and kind. But like that saying goes, one ruins it for everyone else. So I will never return to pep boys again. At my job my manager taught us that the customer's are always right even if they are wrong. It would be nice if pep boys also felt this way..

I admire their honesty. They do exceptional repairs. Steve and Jose are the best.
