I made an appointment a full week in advance for 12 noon for my car to get 2 tires mounted. Went into the store 30 minutes early to check in and get evrrything setup (expecting to wait until 12 for my car to go in) and my car didn’t get into the shop for over an hour and then it was almost an hour and a half for my car to get the two tires mounted. Absolutely ridiculous, what is the point of making an appointment if you aren’t going to get my car into the shop at that time? I understand a bit of a wait, but over an hour is just ridiculous. I cannot believe this place is still in business. Who ever is running this store should take no pride in their job, and the employees here have absolutely no idea of customer service. I am never coming here again and I do not recommend any of you to go here for anything!

If you know what you want walking in fine. Don't ever let them touch your ride. They don't know there ass from there elbows.

Staff was very helpful. Me and my girlfriend took her car here and it was cheaper here to get an oil change with premium and a tire rotation than it was at the Dealer. The staff was also very polite and helpful. We will definitely be going back for future business.

Fast friendly service. With that said, I've had problems here in the past and stopped coming here. Also, they no longer support "fleet service" which I am a member. The service writer DID still give me the 10% fleet discount and had us out of there in a jiffy. Nice job guys. You have begun to redeem yourselves.

I️ would give this place a 0 if I️ could. Service is horrible. Here for a simple oil change. I️ was told I️ could come in a half hour earlier than my scheduled apt and it would not take any more than 30 minutes. It has been an hour and a half since. There was no acknowledgment or response when I️ questioned why it has been so long. Will NOT be coming back here. Longest I️ have ever had to wait for a standard oil change. Never experienced such bad service.
